Studio Policies:

1. Cash, check or money orders are all we accept at this time. Sorry for any inconvenience.
2. Sitting fees must be paid at session date. Unless other arrangements have been made with the photographer and documented.
3. All customers are allowed as many changes of clothes as they wish. (We recommend three for seniors.) Along with any props they would like. Such as basketballs, musical instruments, etc.
4. Animals are not a problem to have in your photographs. They are family too.
5. Any special photo request must be made at time of scheduling the session date.
6. When ordering reprints, enlargements, 1/2 of your order balance is required at time of ordering. Remaining balance due at time of pick up.
   
7. If you wish to cancel or reschedule an appointment please do so at least 2 days before the session date.  There is a $25.00 rescheduling fee if you do so within 1 hour or less of your session time.
8. If you wish to cancel or reschedule a wedding or event appointment, please do so at least 60 days before the wedding or event date. Please note that your 1/4 is nonrefundable.
9. Wedding Photography customers are to fill out the photo selection sheet and send it to the photographer at least 2 weeks before the wedding date. We do not guarantee all the photos on the wedding selection sheet will be taken. It is only a general idea of what photos you would like to have.
10. Wedding or Event Photography customers need to make arrangements with the photographer to go and scout the location where the wedding or event will be held. This is only if we have never been to your location before. This is to look at lighting conditions and so forth. This is to be done about 2 weeks before.
11. Wedding clients must pay 1/4 the wedding package total when booking. This fee is Nonrefundable. The remaining balance is due 2 weeks before your wedding date. If your payment is not received by the 2 week mark, we will no longer accept personal checks.  At that point, cash or bank check only, will be accepted.  If for some reason the balance is not paid off in full you will endure a 20% late fee of the remaining balance every month until it is paid off. All legal fees, court costs, etc that are required if legal action need to be taken are also applied to your bill.
12. Wedding or Event clients must read and sign legal documents when reserving the session date. Any specials or discounts must be written on the contract prior to signing.
13. Any and all shipping charges incurred are additional and not included in session or sitting fees. We have flat rate frees. Please see our pricing page.
14. All family portraits must be done at one of our  outdoor locations. If you do not wish to go to one of our locations we will travel to anywhere within the Salt Lake County lines for an additional flat fee of $20.00 plus travel fees.
15. All musician, sporting and other events customers must supply cover, admission fee or entry pass for the photographer, videographers and assistant(s) where necessary to enter the event venue in advance.
16. If for some reason you do not like your photos we will offer to reschedule and re-shot your photos until you are satisfied. Some situations do not apply. Weddings not applicable.
17. It is unlawful to copy or reproduce any material without permission of the owner of the copywriter, i.e. the photographer.
18. If you want to discuss exclusive rights to reproduce our photographs, these are handled on a case-by-case basis.
19. Photo montage photographs for a Reception or Open House must be given to CRP at least 4 weeks prior to the event date along with any song selection. All music and photos must be on CD. Photos must be in the order you wish to have them play numbered 1-90.
20. If you wish to choose your music for your photo montage you may. We need your music no later then 4 weeks before your wedding date.  You also may give a general request. For example, "any country music or jazz."
21. All family portraits are taken on location at one of our  outdoor settings or in our studio. Please go to our blog for examples of these locations. Anywhere else you wish to go outside these areas but within the Salt Lake County lines is an additional $20.00. Anywhere outside the Salt Lake County Lines is $20.00 plus a travel fee.
22. All copy right release images are unedited.  All images will be left unedited when printed unless a request is made for edits or touch-ups.
23. Videography is offered on a case by case basis and only open on certain dates. Prices vary depending on services rendered.  Please call the studio for details. The best way to describe what we offer for video is "film and burn."  We are mainly there to document your event. We will then edit your wedding and compose it with music of your choice. But we do not offer any special effects as far as filming or editing go. The soul purpose is documentation. Are prices for this service are vary affordable and start as little as $150.00. We also offer live sound for ceremonies and family and friends interviews.
